*** any orders placed on or after December 19 will not be fulfilled until mid-January when I return to the studio. If this timeline doesn’t work for you, you’re welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—just reply to this email, and I’ll assist you.

If your order has been lost or damaged, rest assured that I will prioritize repackaging and fulfilling these when I’m back.

If you've inquired about a painting - I've received your request and will let you know the details / if it is still available for purchase. This may take a few weeks due to amount of inquiries and if I'm awaiting another reply. This process takes a bit longer.

If you need to switch your address on a print order / and/or there's an order mistake - no worries, if I haven't yet shipped it, I will respond in 24-48 business hours and switch that for you.

if it's about a specific order please list your order #, old address and new address and name so I can easily solve your request.
after I've switched address and I've confirmed with you via email, know that it has been changed on my end and your confirmation email may say the same address when I ship it. No worries though, the shipping platform that I use doesn't transfer the new address info back over to my website.
