Halie Torris is a Los Angeles–based figurative oil painter exploring connection, intimacy, desire, and emotional tension through the sapphic gaze.

Her work centers on the language of touch... the quiet tension between bodies, the tenderness of intimacy, and the moments that exist somewhere between longing and connection.

Originally trained in graphic design, Torris transitioned into painting full-time and has shared her process and evolving body of work online since 2019. Through original paintings and limited-edition fine art prints, her work has found its way into collections around the world.
